Can I get HIV by using infected towel?

I’m 24 years old. Male. If my friend is hiv positive and masturbated in my bathroom, then washes hands and dried them on my towel, and I walk in, wash hands, dry them with the same towel and masturbate after, can I contract hiv? Is it possible it was on the towel and then on my hands and then on my body and entered via bodily fluids?

I would not be worried. HIV is transmitted only through fluid transmission.
Usually by having sex or sharing injection drug equipment, such as needles.
In your case I don’t see a fluid transmission.

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
HIV needs special methods to transfer from someone to another…
Through fluid exchange like blood transfusion, using same syringe ,having sex,all of there are not applicable to you..so no need to worry.

hi
it is not possible to be transmitted through this means. exchange of body fluids between people and blood transmission are the only ways through which it can get transmitted
