Chest CT scan report has three differentials, Do you think it can be Lymphoma?

Hello Doctor ! My 20 months son chest CT scan report has three differentials 1. Enlarge thyumus 2. Lymphoma 3. Germ cell tumor. While another Doctor says its enlarged thyumus .
Blood test : His serum LDH is 440 IU/L , RBC 4.68mil/mm3 WBC 11260/mm3. Kid is very active and no symptoms of serious illness. He suffered 3 chest infections with high fever and on two occasions doctors treated him with antibiotic injections
My question is Do you think it can be Lymphoma ? Would you suggest biopsy ?

Hi
I recommend checking AFP and hCG levels, and taking a biopsy to be safe
Good Luck

Hi,
In my opinion you need to get a biopsy done to make sure ,and tumor markers like alpha fetoprotien shiuld be done ..

Hi..
A biopsy will give you a clearer picture..
So better get it done to eliminate the causes and rule out the exact cause..
