Hi..

Your total cholesterol levels is borderline high while HDL levels are in high risk range and triglyceride levels are also high..
So you are in general having high cholesterol levels and needs proper management..
You should consult a Dietician and get proper diet plan formulated..

Hi..
Foods that should be avoided are fatty and fried foods, butter, clarified butter, oil, fatty meat, dairy products that contains full fat etc..
You should eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits, salads, skimmed milk, soy proteins, incorporate fenugreek, cinnamon in diet..
Peppers, turmeric, ginger, garlic are all very good..
Drink warm water..
Eat oatmeal and other fibrous foods.
Do regular workout and aerobic exercises..

Hope this helps..
