I am having problems with low hemoglobin and my platelet count?

Hi .
I m 42+ lady ,having problem with low hemoglobin(8) and my platelet count is high(715.000)
my other report are
HCT-26.80%
MCV-65.20FL
MCH-19.5PG
MCHC-29.9G/DL
RDW-CV-18.3%
ESR-53MM IN1ST HOUR
PLS ADVICE ME HOW I REDUCE MY PLATELET.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

It looks like secondary thrombocytosis that can be secondary to your low haemoglobin or anaemia status..
So first of all consult a Haematologist and get evaluated so that the exact cause for high platelet count can be ruled out and treated accordingly..

For now you can have certain dietary modifications like eat more of garlic, cinnamon, pomegranates, sea food or other sources of omega 3 fatty acid, fresh green vegetables etc as they will help in reducing platelet count as well as platelet aggregation..
Drink coffee..
