Hi
If your physical therapy is in the form of back stretching exercise aiming to achieve a posterior pelvic tilt and that is not helping then I recommend a fusion surgery
Good Luck

hi,
there might be a nerve compression at the pars defect level.
If medicines are not helping, then epidural steroid injection is a good option.
Surgery should be the last option.
thanks

Failure if physiotherapy , is an indication for surgical option, but I recommend to consult another physiotherapist …

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

For the present symptoms of Pars Interarticularis, along with medication you should also apply ice for a period of about 15 minutes 3-4 times a day and followed by stretching exercises..
A brace can also be used to relieve pain and improve symptoms..
Take a rest of 3-4 weeks time..
In case if nothing still works then unfortunately surgery is the only option..

Hope this helps

Proper physiotherapy is needed for a time about 2 months, then you can go to surgery..
