Hey i am 16 years old,i have concerns about very strong smelling and dark, brown-orange urine and it has been for the past year. when it first started i had pains when urinating and i would constantly urinate but now i dont have pains i dont really urinate that constantly but still i have not seen a doctor i would like to know if there is something i can do at home to cure it. you seem to have chronic urinary tract low grade infection. you are very young and should not neglect it. get the urine checked for any organisms. you should drink plenty of water and fruit juices,especially those containing vitamin c.
avoid spicy ,junk food stuff.

bladder infections .vesiculitis can cause brown orange urine that may or may not be fowl smelling.
a good bladder wash is highly recommended to wash out all the debris and damaged internal mucosa. it should be done atleast every 15 days to start with,gradually increasing to once a month later on
Orange colored urine could be either due to excessive intake of vitamin b.c and beta carotene products..if this is not applicable for you..then you should see a doctor and get abdominal US and other liver function. Investigations as this might be an early sign of liver or gall bladder disorder..specially if persisted for long time

IF THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN THERE FOR SO LONG THEN YOU SHOULD NOT TRY HOME REMEDIES. IT MAY PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE INTERNAL MUCOSAL LINING OF THE URINARY TRACT. AT PRESENT IT SEEMS THAT CYSTITIS IS CAUSING THE PROBLEMS. DRINK PKENTY OF FRUIT JUICES SPECIALLY THOSE CONTAINING VITAMIN C
