I have heavy pain in both side of my head that causes dizziness, sometimes in my back and neck?

I am female and 40 years old and my headache started when i gave birth to my daughter 5 years ago, that time it was only severe headache and I was using relieve tablets to get rid of the pain but every since it got worse, and now the heavy pain is in both side of my head that causes dizziness, sometimes my back and neck i feel vomiting, loud sounds make it worse and it lasts for one day mostly.
i went to doctors , they gave me tablets and told me its nerve disease and its because you get emotional.
it didn’t work even it got worse so i stop using them…please advise what I should do next?

In my opinion you are suffering vertebro basilar insufficiency due to cervical vertebral problems ..
See a physiotherapist for treating neck..
Diagnosis can be done by mri of neck and duplex USG on neck veins ..vertebro basilar arteries ..

Hi
In my opinion you have cervical spondylitis aggrevated by tension and round shoulder , I recommend physical therapy focused on strengthening pectorals major , shoulder retraction exercise and back strength exercise, later on as you improve you should do cervical traction
Good Luck

hi,degenerative disc diseases at multiple levels in the cervical spine seems to be the culprit.
The branches of vertebral artery may get compressed due to this causing the symptoms.
Get a MRI of the neck done with carotid CT angiography to rule out neurological causes.

Physiotherapy including LASER,traction, short wave etc with use of cervical collar and neck exercises will help.
Thanks

Hi..
Cervical spondylosis and nerve compression seems to be most probable cause..

Consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated and an MRI SCAN can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

Medication and Physiotherapy can help once exact cause is ruled out..

Hope this helps..
