Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
You are suffering of a mixed problem..
Your testicles needs to be checked for varicocele by doing US ..
And the appropriate treatment should be taken..
Then your lumbar disc lesion seems to be having an update ..do a hot pack in your lower back and stretch your muscles …if it did not work well then get a new MRI..

hi,
it doesnt seem to be related to the history of tuberculosis. There is a possibility of epididymitis or orchitis that may be causing pain or there is a possibility of renal calculus. you need to get a ultrasound of abdomen done to come to a diagnosis. consult a general surgeon.
thanks

HI
THIS CAN BE A TB RELAPSE OR VITAMIN DEFICIENCY. GET COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT AND VITAMIN B12 CHECKED . AS PER THE REPORTS APPROPRIATE MEDICINES CAN BE STARTED. TAKE VITAMIN TABLETS.
DRINK LOTS OF FRUIT JUICES WITH VITAMIN JUICES.

hello there
this may be due to a renal stone or an abdominal pathology. inflammation of the testes can also cause similar complaints.you can get a usg abdomen . anti spasmodics can help relieve the pain
