hi
for such complaints you need to consult a counsellor as only taking medicines wont be a solution. The treatment should be multi-focal and should include counselling, medicines, meditation, yoga and deep breathing exercises.
consult a physician to rule out any organic disease.
thanks

HI
YOUR SLEEP AND FOOD CYCLE SEEMS TO BE DISTURBED. FIRST THING YOU SHOULD BE DOING IS TO ADJUST THE FOOD CYCLE AS PER YOUR BIOLOGICAL CYCLE. SET A TIME TABLE OF SLEEP AND YOUR EATING HABITS AND TRY AND STRICTLY FOLLOW IT. DO NOT EAT FAT -RICH OR JUNK FOOD. EAT MORE OF SALADS AND FRUITS

hello there
it does seem like a night eating syndrome. there are a few tablets available in the medical stores that are known to decrease your extra appetite for food. You can take these tablets 2 hours before going to bed. such tablets react with your digestive juices in stomach and give u a feel of stomach fullness.

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
You seem to have a NES it can be managed by setting a rigimen to wake up early..take healthy breakfast then take a snack every 3hours of protein and or vegetables.. And before sleeping get a high fiber meal like fruits abd vegetables ..you can get bran tablets before sleeping and drink water so it will help you feel full stomach…
Avoid leaving high calorie foods around at home or in the fridge…
Practicing yoga abd relaxation breathing will help you sleep a night long without need to wake up and eat..
