I was detected with the HBsAg positive, What should i do now?

I was detected with the HBsAg positive in 2013. Afterwards, i took antiviral drug. After one year, my dna load become undetectable but ALT level and billurubin was a still abnormal. Now, my ultrasound is normal. Alt level is 71 and billurubin is also 2.1. My viral load is not detected while hbeag is negative and anti hbe is positive.
What should i do now?
can hbsag become negative in my case?
my gender is male and age is 24.

When HBsAb is positive (antibodies are present,) it usually means that you have recovered from a hepatitis B infection and have some immunity, or that you once received the hepatitis B vaccination and are immune.
And negative antigen confirms that.

Hi
This means you do not have hepatitis B and that you are immune to hepatitis B,
So I recommend checking for hepatitis C since ALT is high, also have gall bladder ultrasound
Good Luck

Hi.
You have a negative antigen so it is clear that you are infection free.
Do not worry..
