I have Lower back pain – what should I do?

I’ve been having lower back pain, I’ve been resting for 5 days and i can walk and run but i can”t react quickly because then a sharp pain hits me. Ive been stretching it as well, what should i do to get rid of it as soon as possible?

If pain continues for a couple of weeks, see a doctor and get an x-ray. In the meantime, rest, use heat and ice packs. Over-the-counter medications are available to help reduce inflammation. Consult your pharmacist

Take analgesics. Local gel. Hot fomentation.
Use lumbosacral belt.
Get xray done
