My breasts have significantly enlarged to point it is difficult to move?

My breasts have significantly enlarged at to point it is difficult to move. Nobody really offers me any solution. Hormones checked- all fine.No cancer. But they keep getting bigger and bigger. I have a heart condition- tricuspid valve regurgitation, have suffered pulmonar blood clots in the past. There is a version that it can be related to that, but still no solution. What can I do?

Hi I do not think your history of Tricuspid valve prolapse is relevant to your enlarging breasts..if it is not hormonal please check your food as some types of food contain amounts of Estrogen that may enlarge your breasts with no impact over your hormonal levels…. specially those products with soy (milk ,sauce),pumpkins, sweet potato etc… some physical causes would enlarge your breasts like pulling or wearing no Bra causing stretch over the tissues causing them enlarged… If nothing of these applies to you then you should see a gynecologist specially if you develop other symptoms like pain, tenderness, lumps or masses….other wise… Read more »

hi
breasts usually get enlarged due to hypertrophy of glandular tissue, fat retention, variations in the hormonal levels or due to unknown causes.
if you have put on more weight simultaneously, then you need to do exercise and reduce the weight. avoid junk food,do not eat oily stuff, especially high protein diet should be avoided.
a endocrinologist could help you more.
thanks

HI
ITS DUE TO HYPERTROPHY OF ADIPOSE TISSUE WHICH OCCURS DUE TO REACTIONARY EFFECTS OF CHANGED HORMONAL LEVELS IN BLOOD.
OTHER CARDIAC REASONS YOU MENTIONED HAVE NO CONNECTION TO THE ENLARGED BREASTS.
CONSULT A GYNECOLOGIST
