Hi,
My opinion is to consider ulcerative colitis or celiac disease, gluten sensitivity .
So a barium xray and colonoscopy can help diagnosis as well as gluten sensitivity test..

Hi..
I suspect food related intolerance like Gluten Intolerance..

You should get investigations like
Total IgA
IgA-tTG
IgA-EMA
If IgA is low , IgG TTG or IgG-DGP may be ordered as screening tests. At the discretion of the pediatrician, IgG-AGA can also be ordered.

Hope this helps.

Hi
My opinion this is Henoch-Schönlein purpura , I recommend seeing a doctor specialized in vascular disease

Good Luck
