Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
It’s hard to confirm a diagnosis for that over the internet without a medical history and clinical exam. It is most likely from some minute trauma somewhere in your mouth or perhaps an indication of some periodontal (gum) problem, gingivitis . Lots of other possibilities..
You should visit a dentist..

Hi
The blood doesnt seem to be arising from any oral ulcers or blisters. It seems to be arising from your oesophagus or stomach. You should not be neglecting it and immediately consult a doctor. Drink plenty of fluids. Get a gastroscopy done to find out the cause of bleed.

HI
THIS MAY BE DUE TO OESOPHAGEAL VARICES. IT MEANS THAT THE BLOOD VESSELS AT THE LOWER END OF OESOPHAGUS ARE DILATED AND FILLED WITH BLOOD. WHEN THESE RUPTURE,IT RESULTS IN SUDDEN GUSH OF BLOOD THROUGH THE MOUTH. GASTRIC ULCERS ALSO CAN CAUSE BLEEDING.
CONSULT A GASTROENTEROLOGIST AT THE EARLIEST

hello there
the fact that you are a smoker, underlying lung diseases, infections can cause bleeding episodes. this occurs due to rupturing of bronchial blood vessels. you should get a chest xray done and if required a bleeding and clotting time blood test.
get platelets checked
