Stabbing chest pains, had several cardiac tests, all OK?

33 year old male. Stabbing chest pains like a needle for several weeks. This comes and goes and lasts seconds. Left Arm pain and pressure comes and goes in different places. This is mostly on the inside of elbow area. Constipated as well. I’ve been to the doctor and had several cardiac tests (4 ekgs, stress test, chest X-ray, blood work) all showing as normal. Holter monitor done as well, but no results yet.

In my opinion you have chest infection which caused respiratory muscle stress leading to your arm pain
If i am your doctor i would go with antibiotics for your lungs
Also i recommend a cervical CT scan for possible cervical spondylosis or disc
If i find nothing then i would consider panic attacks and stress managment

Good Luck

hi
chest pains does not always mean that you have a heart problem.
in your case it seems more of a nerve root compression in the neck.
get an MRI neck done and let me know the results.
Use cervical collar, neck physiotherpay will be helpful.
thanks

HI
SEEMS MORE OF A GASTRITIC REFERRED PAIN. TRY TAKING ANTACIDS AND PRE BIOTICS.
IF NO RELIEF IS FELT,THEN AN XRAY OF NECK AND ORTHOPEDIST OPINION IS RECOMMENDED.

hello there
chest infection seems more likely. this can lead to radiating pain in arms. take proper antibiotics after getting xray done. another possibility is a nerve compression at the neck level. mri will be helpful.
