I have low blood readings of red blood cells?

I have low blood readings of red blood cells 2.2, white blood cells 3.3, hgb of 10.2, hct of 28, and platelets normal but come down from 290 to 226. These readings seem a little not good to me especially since a few have come down a little lower when I checked them last. Doctors have said they are low but not to be concerned about them and fluff them off, in addition to not telling me what exactly is causing all of this to go lower.
I have had chronic illness for years (allergies lupus and bronchospasm) but am used to having good blood readings in blood counts and being able to walk even though I had pains then too.
(not so bad to do this)
Am I to believe that because I can’t eat fruit now (because of worsening allergies) that these readings are now that much lower from where they were just a few years ago? That was the only change in my diet since then. I have worsening all over body pains so bad I have trouble moving now and difficulty walking and even standing as well as chronic dyspnea. Thank you.

I’ve noticed my hair thinning at the center of the top of my scalp?

Hello. I have an appointment to see a dermatologist in two weeks to look at my scalp, as my hair is shedding more than normal and I’ve noticed it thinning at the center of the top of my scalp. But the wait to find out is killing me.

Three months ago, I went through probably the hardest breakup of my life, leaving me depressed, heartbroken and frustrated for several weeks while heading into finals at school (I am 26 years old, by the way).

Since that breakup, I started dieting and working out heavily and lost 40 pounds in the last three months. Two months ago, I was forced to move out of my apartment into a new house at the same time I had just booked a vacation trip, costing me roughly $2,500 all at once, so that was beyond stressful. And I have had a bit of anxiety working full time with another semester on the horizon, while being offered a coaching job on top of that. So I have stressed about where I will find the time for all that. I have also had sleep paralysis twice in the past few weeks, but I’m not sure if that is related or not.

My father and his father both suffered from different patterns of permanent hair loss, while the grandfather on my mother’s side still to this day has a full head of hair. My primary care physician took a brief look and said he believes the hair will grow back and that it might be telogen effluvium due to the weight loss and/or extreme stress levels, as my blood work and thyroid tests came back very clean. Also, the hair that falls out all has a little white bulb on the end that was in the scalp.

I noticed my hair shedding more than usual about 1.5 months ago. What are the chances this could just be telogen effluvium and not permanent hair loss/male pattern baldness? And if it is telogen effluvium or some other form of temporary hair loss, what should I expect moving forward? Thank you for taking your time to read/reply. It is greatly appreciated.

I had Hashimoto a year ago?

I had Hashimoto a year ago and thyroid function has returned to normal without medication. My doctor suggested a neck xray for an unrelated condition but I am worried about the radiation directly on the thyroid. Should I avoid the xray due to risk of harming my thyroid further?

I have been experiencing a rectal prolapse that happens when I pass a stool ?

I have been experiencing a rectal prolapse that happens when I pass a stool for about 2 years. I can push it back in each time and it doesn’t seem to be getting worse. Since this has been happening I also have trouble urinating if passing stool at same time. I saw a colorectal surgeon about 8 months ago who performed a Rigid Sigmoidoscopy and told me I have some “unhappy haemorrhoids”. He said he could offer the banding procedure but this may take several goes and may not work. He also said that it probably won’t help with the prolapse. As for the urination problem he said I would need to see a urologist.. I asked questions like “Could the banding procedure worsen the prolapse?” And he said “indeterminable” “If I do nothing will things get worse?” – “Indeterminable”. So I now feel like I should not do anything about it as the condition appears not to be getting worse and the banding may not just be a waist of time and discomfort but might make it worse? What should I do?? It cost me $300 to see the specialist and I really can’t afford a second opinion. I am waiting for my turn in a public hospital to have the banding procedure performed so I am looking for some advice before they call with my appointment. Thanks for any words of wisdom..

I had a heart attack 4 years ago and had 3 stents placed in my arteries?

I had a heart attack 4 years ago and had 3 stents placed in my arteries. Since then my heart has been quite healthy and my ejection fraction is 54. About 2 years ago I had a TIA. Two weeks ago I had another stroke. I lost use of my right arm but it came back after a short time. I’ve read on the web that with this sort of history you are basically doomed and will have only a short time left to live. Is this correct? Please advise.
