Husband and wife in terrible car crash – worst case scenario?

Literary research. Scenario: Husband and wife in terrible car crash. One goes on life support and is declared dead as soon as possible. Right now I’m working on 3 days. The other dies of traumatic aortic rupture, and I want her to die even sooner. I can’t find info I’m looking for on web. What I’m asking is assuming she receives great medical help, what would be the worst case scenario for her to die as soon as possible by ruptured aorta. Thank you in advance for your help. I’m sure this isn’t your favorite kind of client.

Hello. Interesting case study. If I understand correctly your question, I would say that it would depend how fast the patient was brought into surgery and how important was the blood loss from the rupture. The greater the blood loss, the slower the surgery, the faster the death. And vice versa. Death can be within minutes or hours. With great medical intervention, in time, survival for a longer period of time is possible. Regards
