Hi.
The swelling or edema in feet is due to poor circulation and reduced pumping of blood due to heart disease..
So my suggestion is to check with your Cardiologist and get evaluated and if needed in can increase the dose of the water pill..
Also consult an Yoga expert and learn certain exercise that can help..
Regards.
Hi..
You can also try to soak your feet in Epsom salt dissolved in warm water for about 45 minutes at night and sleep with feet raised over heart level..
Hopefully it will help..
Regards..
