Hello. Due to your symptoms developing over a period of time, most probable diagnosis would be a spine related problem – Spondylosis. This is is a degenerative condition due to wear and tear of the spine or any part of the spine – often cervical. Further investigation is required. Vitamin D level, cervical spine X-ray , spine AP/lateral view and MRI is recommended. Regards
