I had some bumps on my penis at the bottom where my pubic hairs would start at first I thought they were just in grown hairs from me shaving but now I don’t know . I’m confused as to what they are because when I read on herpes it said they would be painful if it were but it’s not painful I haven’t had any discharges so please can I get your help
