i’m 32. i am undergoing sleep deprivation through what appears to be electrical sensations to the chest, neck and head (brain?). This is coupled with sharp shocks or stinging sensations both inside and on the surface of the skin. Almost all of a sudden i am almost in an electrically drugged staggering state. Is this something electromagnetic? All other health aspects are fine, no history of physical or psychological problems, although lack of understanding and adequate treatment, this may change.
