I cant ever study well be cause nothing sticks and i need the teacher to repeat what she says so i get it. I will get headaches for no apparent reason and i have trouble sleep, yet im tired everyday. When I search up the what it could be i get a lot of different diseases and disorder. like GAD, bipolar, etc. Ive had these symptoms for a while now.
Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
You seem to be suffering from anxiety disorder you’re are suffering brain fog what you need is to practice yoga and meditation exercise regularly and try breathing exercise eat foods that are rich in vitamins like vegetables and fruits also you may need to get enough vitamin B and folic acid which can be found in green leafy vegetables and poultry
it may be due to generalised anxiety. It does happen to some extent in teenage. you need to talk with you family and your doctor about this condition. A psychiatrist /counsellor will be in a better position to figure it out. Anti anxiety drugs may help you calm down things.
THIS SEEMS TO BE A DEVELOPMENTAL ANXIETY WITH SOME ELEMENT OF DEPRESSION. IT SEEMS YOU ARE STRESSED OUT AND NEED RELAXATION. BE SOCIAL,TALK WITH FRIENDS,. START ON ANTI-ANXIETY TABLETS TO GET THINGS UNDER CONTROL SO THAT IT WONT CAUSE POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS LATER ON
It seems to be a mixed picture of anxiety and bipolar disorder. U need to calm things down and get the stress reduced. At this age so much of stress is not good for health . Psychiatrist consultation will help.
