hi
At this age, kidney infection (glomerulonephritis) is quite common and needs prompt diagnosis and treatment. Get his urine checked and ultrasound abdomen done. Start appropriate antibiotics as per the doctor’s prescription. IV antibiotics have better results as compared to orals ones.
Give plenty of water to drink.
Thanks

Hello there
Seems to be kidney infection but other similar abdominal conditions need to be ruled out. Get a abdominal scan done. If urinary infection is confirmed..antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines will help control the infection
