My boyfriend says whenever he pees it’s painful and pus comes out. He also has headache and fever, there is also a bump on his head causing the side of his face to hurt, whats wrong with him?

That is probably a urinary tract infection that needs an antibiotic of broad spectrum…the best is to get a urine analysis and urine culture to know the best antibiotic for the infection…
Drink plenty of water…

he has urinary tract infection causing burning urination and pus in urine. he needs to start on antibiotics immediately, take plenty of water ,hydrotherapy, send the urine for culture and sensitivity.
the bump on the head,doesnt seem to be related to this infection. give him anti inflammatory medicines and local gel.

HE HAS URINE INFECTION CAUSING THE SYMPTOMS. HE SHOULD AVOID ACIDIC FOOD. START HIM ON HIGHER ANTIBIOTIC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. APPLY LOCAL GEL FOR BUMP.

the bump on head appears to be an different issue altogether. pus in urine is because of accumulated pus cells in the bladder and the urinary tract. a bladder wash will help the infection heal the natural way. it has to be repeated several times. antibiotics given concomittantly will help to recover fast
