For the past 2 weeks I’ve had painful burning sensation from my ass cheeks near the anus. I’ve tried to put some different hydrocortisone creams on it but it doesn’t help. It mainly bothers me while sitting. Walking around does not effect it. I keep the area very clean. I use a toilet bidet every time that I defecate.

This can be caused by a number of conditions. First, I would recommend you use an oatmeal based lotion for one week. Keep the area clean and washed. Wear loose – breathable – clothing and keep the area refreshed and aerated. This should allow it to resolve by itself. If condition persists, you will need to consult for a swab culture to determine if it is due to a fungal, bacterial infection etc.
