27, Female, No bad medical history
I’ve always been healthy and every time I go to doctors they always tell me I’m healthy. I’ve never had surgery or anything worse than a fever.
I have been a vegetarian for 2 years. I take multi vitamins, iron supplements and B12.
I rarely exercise or move around much, but lately I try to exercise little by little.
Lately I would get random coughs about once or twice a week but I’m not sick. Also lately these past few days my nose is clogged but its not running. My breathing has become shallow that I have a hard time falling asleep. I fell asleep a few hours ago for a few mins then woke up because I felt myself pausing on my breath then breathing again. These have not happened to me before. So is it from lack of exercise or something is wrong with me?
Also I had my blood checked last month and they said I’m healthy
hi
yes, this is definitely due to lack of exercises. more than just physical exercises, you need to do more of yoga, pranayam and other breathing exercises. this will improve your lung breathing capacity and help you with general health immunity as well.
thanks
This is a form of anxeity ..you need to do breathing exercise meditation ..yoga..
Nothing to worry
HI
EXERCISES ARE GOOD FOR HEALTH, BUT ITS NOT THE SOLE CAUSE OF YOU HAVING THESE SYMPTOMS. ANY INTRA THORACIC PATHOLOGY,ESPECIALLY RELATED TO LUNGS ,NEEDS TO BE RULED OUT. A CHEST XRAY OR A HRCT CHEST CAN BE DONE TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS
hello there
these are signs of reduced lung capacities. you need to get spirometry done to see for any loss of functional capacity of the lung tissues. if you are a smoker, you should quit smoking and concentrate more on breathing exercises ,especially deep inspiration
