four months ago, I had a problem during a workout(bench press) where I pushed too hard and tore a rotator cuff muscles (online doctor/self assessment ), I did strengthening exercises and crossover symmetry for a month (pain decreased by 90%) but it never stopped !

Well you are on the right path, so it usually takes longer time to disappear 6 weeks mostly..
Keep strengthening , stretching ,improve your joint stability ..
Hi
Focus on stretching exercise and reduce the strengthening to allow faster healing
Good Luck
Take analgesics and continue doing the exercises,

Consult physiotherapist for further information
Hi..
Thanks for the query..
Rotator cuff tears can be treated with non surgical.means with the help of anti inflammatory painkillers, muscle relaxant, steroid injections and Physiotherapy..
As 90% pain is gone it is a good sign..
Continue with Physiotherapy and if needed apply muscle relaxant gels and take a combination of painkillers and muscle relaxant..
Avoid heavy work load..
Hope this helps..
