I had a vaginal hysterectomy with removal of ovaries 3 weeks ago. I am now getting pain in the groin region during bladder and bowel movements and have just noticed bleeding from the vagina. Is this normal or should i return to the hospital? I am based in Germany and it is not so simple. Thank you

It is normal to notice period like cramping and bleeding in next 48 hours after hysterectomy..
But of the pain and bleeding last for more than 2 weeks then you need to get checked.
So as it is 3 weeks it is not normal..
Also can you please tell that is the bleeding purely red blood or the colour is brownish?
Is the pain also present at other times other than bladder or bowel movements?
Do you also experience rise in temperature?
Are symptoms like fatigue and weakness also present?
Please revert back..
