I had arthroscopy for a meniscus tear in my right knee about one year ago. Had physical therapy. my doctor said everything was OK and flexibility was back to normal. No cartilage damage or arthritis. Lately i have been feeling some pain and swelling in my right knee.Is this normal?

Hello. Seems likely due to reactionary synovitis caused by overworking your knee or weather changes. Your menisci are weakened, avoid placing excess stress on your knee. Rest, use compression bandage,ice packs and OTC anti inflammatory medication. Thank you for your question.
