Dear Doctor, since a few days I have a small skin rush on the arm. This morning I noticed that the skin rash has developed into a strange rash with some purple around it. It does not itch nor hurt.
This is the only rash I have. I do not remember being stung by any insect.

Hello. Looks like Tinea (ringworm) it is a fungal infection. Applying an OTC anti fungal treatment can help. Let it breath. If situation does not resolve, you should consult. Regards.
