I have knee pain when standing up. Usually happens at work because I have to stand up all day long. Pain is on the back side of my right knee. I tried nsaids as well as compresses. helps a little but not much. Please provide your opinion.

Ideally, periods of rest would help as well as ant-inflammatory medication.
