I haves severe cervical and lumbar spondylytis. every morning when I get up both my arms are numb and painful until fully restored. pain radiates from left back of neck to back of head. bp is 150 by 100. have taken a mri scan and can send link. currently gave up job to cut stress and get back to shape
tries ayurvedi massage but only relief, please help?
