If this lesion has started on its own and no injury occurred to the place..then it is a cause of concern and needs to be examined by a dermatologist…

IT SEEMS TO BE DERMATITIS WITH SECONDARY INFECTION.
APPLY LOCAL CREAMS. IF IT DOESNT RESOLVE,CONSULT A DERMATOLOGIST
I have this and I’ve heard many times over that it’s folliculitis with yeast fungus which are the white spots. They do come up on their own and if u pull out a white spot, it looks like a worm & bleeds like crazy!!!!! Def see a dermatologist or potassium iodife. It’s an antifungal but check with doc if u have heart/thyroid issues first. Very important. It’s annoying, they itch.. ugh.. I think scabies can cause 2ndary infections or white spots..
