I’ve had nausea/stomach cramps, fatigue and occasionally a low grade fever for 4 days. I had diarrhea on the second day (which has since cleared) but have never vomited. I think it’s simply a virus but I’m starting to wonder if I should go to a doctor.

Hello. Yes, probably a viral infection. Normally should resolve by itself after 7 – 10 days. So you should probably wait at least another 3 or 4 days. Rest and stay hydrated. You should consult earlier if your temperature climbs to 103°F or higher, fever remains constant for 2-3 days, you experience excessive confusion, drowsiness, chest pain, breathing problems. Hi..
Thanks for the query..

It looks like stomach flu..
It is a viral infection and commonly resolves as the virus completes its cycle..
It can take upto a max of 2 weeks..

So my suggestion is to wait and watch.
Take light meals, more of fluids and take rest..

In case if the symptoms worsen consult an Emergency room and get yourself checked.

Hope this helps..

Regards.
