at a young age, if you do not get periods for 6 months then its definitely something to be concerned about. irregularity in periods occur due to hormonal changes, stress anxiety etc..
brown discharge may be a result of these conditions too.
you should get a routine blood check up, ultrasound of abdomen done and consult a gynecologist. thanks
