hi..
fibroscans are done usually to see the effect of hepatitis c on the liver function. its a non invasive test . the reports you mentioned show that some part of liver is fibrosed and functioning less than normal. but these are very mild and early changes and can be cured by medicines.
consult a gastroenterologist.
