Since yesterday, I feel a sharp pain in the lower left side of my abdomen. The pain is triggered by gas or at any motion, particularly when walking. What could be the issue ?

I think you should see a doctor and explain about your complications as me myself has experienced it before too.
u should get an ultra sonography of abdomen done to see whats wrong.
take anti spasmodic tablets. apply local gel,hot fomentation
