hi , about one year ago I went to the doctor because I had a lump in my breast and it caused me to have constant heartburn . the doctor said it was fibrosis and I should go back after 6 months I never went back , but recently my one breast appears to me noticeably bigger than the other but the breast that is bigger is not the one with the lump should I be worried ?

Then you should not be worried.
Get a mammogram done to be sure.
