Hello I am (…), 21 yo.
In the past 9 months I have had a series of tests into the investigation of a number of my symptoms. Nothing of significance became evident, although I still have my doubts.
My bloods show a very small rise in my tumor marker ca19.9. Nothing of concern. Polycystic ovaries were found through ultrasound. Endometriosis has been suspected through abdominal CT. Pars defect consistent with spondylilosis L5, through CT spin. Sinus tachycardia and symbolic murmur through eco. My colonoscopy and gastroscopy came back OK, papalomia removed esophagus. Bacterialitice of vagina diagnosis through cervix swab. Breast cyst through ultrasound.
I don’t know if these things will be of relevance to my most recent results and query. My tumor maker 19.9 has continued to rise, currently it is a 50uml. My white cell count slightly high 16. Swollen lymph nodes. I have just finished a series of antibiotics and am curious why I am sick. I have lost 9kg in 2 months with no exercise and horrible diet. Vomit every day. Headache constantly. Fatigue. Weakness.
High ca19.9 tumor marker can be a sign of tumor or non cancerous issues like Pancreatitis, ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, inflammation or blockage of the bile duct, thyroid disease, rheumatic arthritis

If your tumor markers kepet rising then you need a ct scan over the abdomen and pelvis …
Relating your symptoms to the findings then I strongly recommend a CT scan as soon as possible.
Thanks..
In my opinion the most possible problem is Pancreatitis
You should do Serum amylase and lipase
,CBC, Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)
If pancreas is okay then you should do a pit scan to search for tumors
Good Luck
Have you been checked for Lyme disease?
hi
a chronic inflammatory disease or malignancy is the possibility.
get ct abdomen with contrast done.
tumor markers will rule out malignancy.
complete blood count should be done to see for chronic inflammatory disease.
thanks
