I have a very bad pain in my throat that comes and goes. Has been like this for 4 days now. When pain comes on I can’t eat anything. Can’t even swallow. I have no cold, sneezing, fever, runny nose, headache or chills. Do I have throat cancer?

Hello. Since there is no fever and no cold symptoms present, looks like either a throat or vocal cord ulcer. You need to get a culture and sensitivity throat swab and blood tests. A CT scan may be required. Thank you for your question.
