High Homocystein levels indicates your body is possibly unable to properly convert food to energy and could lead to d3 and b12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 deficiency can from a technical point of view cause depression, lack of interest., weakness and fatigue. Treatment includes vitamin B-12 and D-3 supplementation.
