I have been extremely fatigued with headaches and severe nausea coming in waves?

Female * 29 years * HISTORY: Endometriosis, left nephrectomy 2013, 100mg daily of Zoloft for anxiety.
Hi, I have been extremely fatigued with headaches and severe nausea coming in waves (no pattern to it, but I do have it almost every night). I have no real appetite, but am eating, although not a great diet. I also have shoulder tip pain in my left shoulder and left side flank pain (kidney has been checked with bloods and an ultrasound-all okay) This has been occurring since August, when I was hospitalised for severe hydration and what doctors diagnosed as possible food poisoning. I was extremely unwell for three weeks with nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Also, my period is usually around the 20th of each month and lasts for 4-5 days. This month it arrived on the 12th and lasts for 9-10 days and was extremely heavy. So heavy I could not even wear a tampon. Just after advice from another source.
Thank you.

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
Your symptoms are likely gastroenteritis…
Your shoulder and flank pain and early period(if happened once) would be due to anxiety…
I recommend doing yoga and breathing exercises..
Eating probiotics and get a stool analysis..
A GI doctor can help you if symptoms persisted after all.

Noting you have also endometriosis consider checking with an ob-gyn for the stage of yours as it may cause similar symptoms in some stages…

hi,
all these symptoms suggest a generalised hormonal disturbance in your body associated with some gastro intestinal infection. get detailed blood examination done and do consult a gynecologist. possibility of DUB ( dysfunctional uterine bleeding) is high

HI
FOOD POISONING WAS THE RIGHT DIAGNOSIS,BUT YOU ALSO HAVE SUPERADDED GYNECOLOGICAL PROBLEMS THAT IS CAUSING SO MUCH WEAKNESS AND FATIGUE. TAKE HEMATINICS,MAINTAIN HYDRATION,TAKE IRON SUPPLEMENTS

hello there
though gastro intestinal and gynecological issues are both responsible, but the menstrual bleeding seems to be causing majority of the symptoms. consult a gynecologist. maintain hydration, drink plenty of fruit juices
