I have been having really painful pelvic pain for about two weeks now?

I have been having really painful pelvic pain for about two weeks now. I didn’t go to the doctor because the pain was going away but I woke up this morning and I have never been in so much pain. I can’t poop and it hurts when I urinate. I also have a weird vaginal smell and discharge. When I woke up this morning, I took a shower and proceeded with my morning routine until I suddenly felt very faint and nauseated. My muscles have been aching as well. I am 18yrs old. The last time that I’ve felt like this is when I had chlamydia (embarrassing) last year. Could this be the case again?

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
That could be a Urinary tract infection…
You will need to get treated with an antibiotic of broad spectrum..
A urine culture will be fine to know the best antibiotic..
Drink plenty plenty of water..

Use a hot-water bottle to ease pain.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid coffee, alcohol, and spicy foods, all of which irritate the bladder.
There are some indications that cranberry juice can help fight a urinary tract infection..

hi
if you had taked proper treatment for chlamydia, earlier when you had it,then its less likely that it may have occured again. however, if you are sexually active and have had history of exposure to a affected partner, then this can re-occur. i suggest you should get your blood checked for stds
thanks

HI
IT DOESNT SEEM THAT ITS A RECURRENCE OF CHLAMYDIA. YOU HAVE A URINARY AND VAGINAL INFECTION,MAY BE A FUNGAL ONE. TRY USING ANTI FUNGAL LOCAL VAGINAL PESSARIES WITH ORAL ANTIBIOTICS. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS AND WATER.
ANTI INFLAMMATORY TABLETS WILL HELP
