I was found unconscious at work. Black eye, broken maxilla, concussion, no bruising anywhere

months ago at work I was found unconscious. Black eye, broken maxilla, concussion, no bruising anywhere but my head. Unconscious for 3 hours. No memory of what happened. What would you want to test for to rule out causes? No history of losing consciousness, ho health issues, no medications, not obese, not ill, physically active. Female in 50s

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
This must have been either due to a fall and head concussion or somebody has punched your face ..
The most important is making sure your brain and face bones are OK by CT and MRI…
Nothing can be done else to know the cause unless you see a psychiatrist to talk about it…you need memory and cognitive tests psychological counseling and rehabilitation…
Nothing else to worry about…

hi
you may have had a episode of vasovagal shock and unconsciousness, causing a fall and experienced this trauma to maxilla. you meed to find out the cause of unconsciousness. blood profile in detail,ct scan and mri of brain are the minimum basics that are needed to get an idea about the cause of the episode.
thanks

HI
YOU SEEM TO HAVE A VERY BAD INJURY. a 3D CT SCAN OF THE BRAIN AND SKULL IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. MRI OF THE SOFT TISSUE OF THE BRAIN AND A DETAILED BLOOD INVESTIGATION PROFILE INCLUDING LIVER AND KIDNEY FUNCTIONS SHOULD BE DONE. ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE NEEDS TO BE CHECKED
