I have conjunctivitis (pink eye) with yellow discharge. My right eye was the first one 6 days ago, then my left eye got it too about 3 days ago. I’ve started feeling itching and burn in the urethra for the last 2 days as well and I feel weakness in my chest when taking deep breath. I’ve got some yellow mucus discharge coming from lungs too. Went to the GP and he is telling me not to worry and prescribed 1% Fusidic acid eye drops.
But I am worried. I have pack of 21 x 500 mg Amoxillin capsules at home and was wondering if I can take them.
Fusidic is best for conjunctivitis. I would wait before taking Amoxicillin
you can use drops but it wont work for the problems elsewhere.
u should take antibiotics ,it will help you cover infections at all the sites faster
