I’m 25 yr old, had heart attack, heart rate at rest 85-90, chest pain, is it caused by energy drinks?

I had a heart attack almost a year ago, I am 25yts old, female, 125lbs, and I’m 5’7. Lately I can not get my heart rate down. I have a Fitbit watch and my resting heart rate is between 85-90. Is this something I should be concerned about? I have been experiencing chest pain, but I find the issue is caused by drinking energy drinks.

hi
85-90 heart rate is borderline high and i dont think there is anything to be worried about it. It may also be due to anxiety or stress. try doing mediatation, yoga and deep breathing exercises. Salt restricted diet should help.
thanks

HI,
ENERGY DRINKS CAUSE SYMPATHETIC STIMULATION AND ARE KNOWN TO CAUSE INCREASED HEART RATE. AVOID THEM COMPLETELY. CHEST PAINS ARE DUE TO INCREASED HEART RATE AND CONSIDERING YOUR PAST HISTORY OF HEART ATTACK,YOU SHOULD START ON HEART RATE LOWERING TABLETS. CONSULT YOUR CARDIOLOGIST

Hello there
Energy drinks is just one reason for these symptoms.
Anxiety and heart disease are the major reasons.
Whatever be the cause meditation and yoga therapy will help settle down the heart rate.
