Impending cataract surgery. Have to select lens — either standard or premium. Not sure which will provide best result. Have been wearing glasses since age 7. Now 83. Don’t mind wearing glasses, rather enjoy them.

Selecting lens depends on a number of factors which includes your present eyesight, your professional and personal life like you read more or work on laptops more or if there is any specific need or medical problems..
So of all is well and you can wear glasses too then monofocal lenses can also work well..
Discuss with your Eye Surgeon about what is most appropriate for you depending on your eyes..
