Hi
If you do physical therapy and achieve good muscle power, muscles can substitute the torn ligaments, however if you fail to do so , surgery will be your last option
Good Luck

Hi ,
In order to give you a good reply i need to see mri for your ankle..
Did you get physiotherapy done after every injury?
recurrent injuries suggest the importance of surgery but the mri is necessary to judge,

Hi..
Please upload your MRI report for better understanding..
If there is no improvement with Physiotherapy and medication then last option is Surgery..
But first you need to get a proper non surgical management done..
If you are already through it without improvement then surgical management should be done..
Please provide your MRI report first..
