hi
These findings are suggestive of a weak heart. The fact that he has an abnormal ecg and old age are responsible. He has valvular heart disease, affecting 3 out of the 4 valves, coronary arteries seem to be blocked , and his ejection pumping heart capacity is just 45 %. This should be atleast 60-70 %.He needs to consult a cardiologist and start on inotrophic drugs. Healthy exercises, yoga and meditation will help to some extent
Thanks

HI
THE FACT THAT HE HAS ABNORMAL ECG,SUGGESTS THAT HE MAY BE HAVING SOME CONGENITAL ABNORMALITY WITH HIS HEART. 45 % PUMPING FORCE OF THE LEFT VENTRICLE IS OK,SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE. PULMONARY PRESSURE IS NORMAL AND THATS A GOOD SIGN AND IT MEANS THAT IT HAS NOT COMPLICATED INTO A LUNG DISEASE.
HE NEEDS TO KEEP HIS HEART HEALTHY BY CARDIO EXERCISES AND A HEALTHY CHOLESTEROL FREE DIET

hello there
your dad has problems with his coronary arteries that are meant to supply blood to the heart. They may be partially obstructed by the atherosclerotic plaques. he has valve related regurgitations as well. Ideal treatment for this is a valve replacement surgery but, considering the ejection factor of just 45, it would be pretty dangerous to perform any surgery.
Take a cardiologist’s opinion straight away
