hi, i’ve had a mark on my leg for around 6/7 weeks, i’m not sure how it got there, but i’m worried it is a form of skin cancer as it is similar to some photos i’ve seen. It hasn’t gotten any smaller, i’m not sure if it has gone slightly bigger, but when i am hot, it goes more red.

It looks like Infection that can be due to hair follicle Infection or folliculitis..
Can you please tell that does it itch or is painful?
Is there any discharge from the lesion?
Have you applied any ointment or taken any medication for the same?
